BACOTAT students can access tutoring services at no additional cost. Most tutoring occurs in small group settings or on a drop-in basis. The majority of tutoring requests are filled each semester.



ONE-STOP SHOPPING FOR ALL STUDENTS The BACOTAT Bookstores' sales associates are ready to provide students, staff and faculty with a one stop shop for all full-time, part-time, continuing education course materials and supplies. Our textbook department offers our students many choices. A large number of our textbooks are available as either new or used books, and some titles are available in a digital format, Course textbooks and learning materials are typically available 3 weeks prior to the start of each semester. Our bookstores also carry a wide assortment of BACOTAT clothing, giftware, school supplies, computer products, educationally, pr software, and laboratory materials.


Security and Safety

The staff members of the Department of Security and Safety are here to provide a safe and welcoming environment for the members of the BAITT Community. We have a variety of services and initiatives in place to keep our campus safe, including: Uniformed guards patrolling the campus and residences. Surveillance cameras located inside and outside to deter unwanted behavior. An Emergency Notification System is in place to provide information to the community during an emergency. Emergency Procedures are posted in public areas, lecture theatres and in classrooms. A Safe Walk Service is available in the evenings to walk with you while on campus. Information Technology Service

IT Services provides in-person and online information technology support to all students. THE LEARNING COMMONS The Learning Commons is an open access, schedule-free computer learning environment that includes 50 multimedia computer stations at BACOTAT Campus. It provides opportunities for guided and self-directed learning and is staffed by technologists and student tutors. It's where you go to work on a computer-based or web-based course, to access your e-mail, work on assignments, conduct research or access software designed to support your program of study. It also contains study rooms for group learning, and areas of comfortable seating. The facilities include scanners, printers, and have full access to the Fleming Wireless Network so you can use your laptop and work at your own pace and learning style.



The Library is a popular student space for group work and individual study. Our expert staff are here to provide individual assistance, helping you plan your research strategy and find the best resources for your assignments.
